Terms & Conditions

Event Cancellation
If for any reason the event is cancelled or the date has to be changed due to Force Majeure, competitor’s entry fees will be refunded upon request, less a contribution to costs already incurred by the event. If the event is cancelled by the organisers for another reason competitors will be entitled to a full refund.

Refunds
You may cancel your entry and receive a full refund (minus a £10 administration charge) up to 1 month before the event. After this date no refunds will be given but transfers will be allowed (subject to the following clause). Part refunds of team entries are not possible.

Transfers
Up to one week before the event you may transfer your entry to another competitor without charge. Thereafter you may transfer your entry to another competitor subject to the payment of an administration fee of £10 (this includes transfer made at registration).

Event Rules
Competitors must comply with the event rules at all times. This includes complying with the essence of the rules and spirit of the event. Failure to comply with the rules and/or attempting to gain any unfair advantage will result in immediate disqualification with no refund.

SPORTident Card Hire
Competitors hiring SPORTident cards are responsible for them at all times during the event. Any loss or damage will result in a £25.00 charge.

Photography and Filming
You may be photographed and/or filmed during this event and by entering you are giving consent that these images and/or film may be used by the Organisers and event sponsors.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the Organiser and such changes shall be published on this website.

Changes to Event Format
The nature of each race, running order of the event and general format of the weekend is subject to change at the discretion of the Organiser and such changes shall be published on this website.

Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Insurance
Competitors are strongly recommended to take out appropriate insurance that covers their participation in the event

Disclaimer
Before entering competitors must confirm agreement with both the Terms and Conditions and following disclaimer:

I accept full responsibility for my own safety and any injury sustain during the event. These are not the responsibility of the event organiser, their agents or the land owner. I know my limitations and I am experienced enough to make a reasoned decision whether to not start the event or to retire from the event rather than jeopardise my own safety.

Please remember that although the Organisers will ensure that the event is as safe as possible, your safety is ultimately your own personal responsibility.
